Parking can be a horrid experience for anyone, even in the best weather conditions. You need to find a spot, park both safely and swiftly all the while being observed by the cars behind you and the pedestrians around. If you’re a great parker, then you’re good to go. But if you’re not? Utter humiliation.
So why the parking woes?
- You take too many moves to park your car or think too long and the horns start blaring
It’s easy to laugh at the old lady taking 30 moves to reverse park a tiny cooper. But when it’s your turn to be laughed at, it isn’t so pleasant.
- You’re cursed through notes left on your car
People love to leave passive aggressive or even downright nasty notes on cars that are parked badly. Don’t be a victim, park right.
- You’re out of practice
Learning to park isn’t like learning to ride, if you don’t practice, it’s gone. So even after you get your Ps, keep doing it until you can do it with your eyes closed.
